Great links today, Dan. The 1000Watt Blog post was a real eye opener. And I love the post from 37signals, too. We’re not really following their “self service” model, and I question whether any MLS vendor could successfully, but we’re definitely trying to focus on making our software easy enough to use that we don’t have to hyper-scale support. So far, we’ve done pretty well, growing revenues 250% over the last four years and only growing support 20%.
