		<description><![CDATA[Great links today, Dan.  The 1000Watt Blog post was a real eye opener.  And I love the post from 37signals, too.  We&#039;re not really following their &quot;self service&quot; model, and I question whether any MLS vendor could successfully, but we&#039;re definitely trying to focus on making our software easy enough to use that we don&#039;t have to hyper-scale support.  So far, we&#039;ve done pretty well, growing revenues 250% over the last four years and only growing support 20%.]]></description>
